To combat this problem, we find all sorts of pharmaceutical companies selling so-called “quick solution” pills, creams, and powders that do nothing to actually help people lose the fat and keep it off.
The same goes for the diet industry, of course. There are so many different diets that you can choose one per month and still have more to choose from in a year.
What is really needed are some scientifically proven weight loss tips that anyone can implement regardless of their current physical condition.
That said, let’s dive right in.
#1 Drink more water.
Americans are usually dehydrated, so their bodies work in water deprivation mode and don't release the toxins, minerals and junk.
#2 Eat more often.
I bet you thought I was going to say eat less.
While it's true that to lose weight you need to consume fewer calories than you burn... you occasionally need to eat more to boost metabolism and burn properly.
Exit starvation mode. So start the day with breakfast.
Even a small breakfast drink and a piece of low calorie fruit as we head out the door in the morning.
#3 Move more. Depending on your physical condition and body type, you may need to move more.
