#1 Exercise: Walking on an inclined surface
Whether you're running up a hill or on a treadmill that you incline at 15 to 20 degrees, incline walking is much better than jogging, riding a stationary bike, elliptical trainer, or hopping up a flight of stairs.
The key, of course, is that you're walking uphill...not on a flat surface. My take on walking on a flat surface...it's good for slow weight loss and weight maintenance, but if you want quick weight loss, walk on an incline.
You only need to do these walks for 25 minutes, 4 days a week. 100 minutes a week isn't asking for much considering you have 10,080 minutes a week! That's not even 1% of your total time. If you can't spare that just for your health (I'm not even talking about weight loss), you should consider reevaluating your priorities.

On those days when you don't run (or if you skip a day), do Hindu squats. The way you are supposed to do it only takes 5 minutes in total.

You may need a few short breaths to start. So during those 5 minutes, rest for 10 seconds a few times. After a week or less, you should be able to perform 100 or more squats in 5 minutes without stopping.
