Get on your knees and grab the rope in each hand, bend and arch your upper body forward and press your abdominal muscles all the way down. At the end of the movement, hold for 5 to 10 seconds.

Seated Leg Curl – This is another really good exercise for the upper and lower abs. Sit crosswise on a bench and hold it firmly with each hand.
