2. Daniel Craig's six-pack diet wasn't 100% strict. It had some flexibility.

NO refined sugars and carbohydrates before 2 p.m. No starchy carbohydrates (rice, bread, potatoes, etc.) may be eaten after 5 p.m. You are allowed to eat 2 pieces of fruit and must drink 2 liters of water daily. A pre- and post-workout snack is crucial.
