Strength training tips for women
Gone are the days when strength training was done by bodybuilding competitors. Gone are the days when only boys flexed their muscles to show off their strength. Today, even women know the benefits of building strong muscles and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
So if you are a descendant of Venus and still want to be firm, strong and healthy, follow these strength training guides:
Work harder
The anatomical structure of men is different from that of women. While men can easily tone their bodies through simple strength training, this is not possible. Women have to work harder compared to men to achieve the same results. While this is clearly unfair, you can blame hormones and body electrolytes.
Keep training balanced
What is the concentration of your training? Do you focus on your upper body, legs or butt? Balance is key. Work on every part of your body. It's no use having a perfectly toned leg if your butt sags like hell. The same goes for general training of your body. Are you improving your endurance or your strength? Balance these things as best you can after a total body wellness session, not a weightlifting competition.
Eat well
You need to regain the energy you lost during strength training. Eat right and only eat the foods that will help you with your strength training. Don't eat something just because you're hungry. If you do this, you lose the real purpose of your strength training. Some women would just slack off after a hard day of strength training, don't be like them. Keep up your workouts and keep up the protein in your diet.
Burn more fat
Ever heard of no pain, no gain? When you weight train, you need to burn fat consistently. Play by the numbers. The more leg exercises you do, the better those legs would be. When you burn fat, your muscles become stronger and toned.
Big Tree Training
In the world of bodybuilding there are the so-called big tree exercises. You don't have to go to the park to do this. If you train with weights, then it's time for you to do deadlifts, squats and bench presses. Do this religiously and you will impress, even yourself.
Have a regular exercise habit
A regular exercise habit makes you disciplined. It also adapts your muscles and body to the task. When you set your mind on the goal of having a sexier and firmer body, your whole body will follow. Try to do your strength training regularly, not just when you feel it. Have a regular schedule and don't break it. If you decide to train every other day, then train every other day.
Set goals
Goals keep you focused and nothing is impossible for focused women who follow a good strength training plan. If you want to lose fat through exercise, focus on achieving that goal. Goal keeps us on the right path and we are on the right path, we can achieve anything.
