Excess stomach fat is not only ugly, but also extremely harmful to your health

Did you know that many Western countries have populations where over 70% are considered obese? Everyone knows that excess belly fat isn't just ugly. But what many people don't know is that it can be extremely dangerous to your health. This excess belly fat covers your abdominal muscles so that they are not visible and show off your body.

No one wants to have a dangerous risk factor hanging over their head. Scientific studies have been conducted and directly concluded that not only is excess stomach fat unhealthy, but having excess in the abdominal area can be particularly dangerous.

If we delve deeper into the topic, we find that there are two types of stomach fat. The first type is called subcutaneous fat. This refers to the fat that covers your abdominal muscles and lies just beneath the skin that lies on the abdominal muscles.

Deep beneath the abdominal muscles lies the second type of abdominal fat, called visceral fat. This fat can surround organs. This type of fat in particular gives men the “beer belly” look. The “beer belly” is a term used for men who look excessively fat but have a stomach that somehow feels hard when pushed.

Both visceral and subcutaneous fat in the stomach area can increase the risk of serious diseases such as:

• Diabetes

• Heart disease

• High blood pressure

• Stroke

• Cancer

• And more

Both types of fat can cause these increased risks of serious problems caused by belly fat. However, they are very dangerous. However, studies show that visceral fat in particular can be even more dangerous than subcategory fat. One reason that makes it more dangerous is that visceral fat can release a steady stream of inflammatory molecules into the body 24 hours a day!

Very popular in the 20th century of Western civilization is a diet consisting of a high amount of carbohydrates. This is directly related to why people build more visceral fat in their stomachs. Introducing high amounts of starches and sugars for years leads to improper insulin activity, resulting in the storage of more blood sugar. Corn syrup with a high fructose content poses a particularly high risk to your body. This is a major contributor to all forms of fat, especially visceral.

Don't reduce your life with these stomach fats. If you care about your family and loved ones or your quality of life, reduce your belly fat immediately! This should be a top priority.

An attractive side effect of reducing stomach fat is that not only will your stomach flatten, but when enough belly fat is lost, you can finally see those six pack abs and flaunt your body for a change.

So how can I get rid of both types of stomach fat?

One downside to fitness is that there is absolutely NO quick fix to your problem. Forget all the gimmicks and hype you see in advertisements for miracle fat loss supplements. Pills don't work. Don't even try the tricky belly rollers or belly belts to get rid of belly fat faster, because in reality they will just get rid of your money quickly. There is also no stain reduction, which is what these products would have you believe.

There is only one solution. You need to learn to combine a healthy diet with a properly designed exercise program. A diet consisting of natural, unprocessed foods and a strategic exercise plan ensures that the right stimulation is given to force the hormonal and therefore metabolic response in your body. These two factors are equally important to get rid of that stomach fat.

There are studies that isolate groups of people who only diet versus people who diet and exercise to compare which groups lose more belly fat. The diet and exercise group lost significantly MORE stomach fat than the diet only groups.

An important thing to realize is that there is a lot of junk and fluff out there that just doesn't work. People work out all the time, but what many of them don't realize is that while they think they are following a good routine, their routines are NOT working efficiently or effectively on their goals of losing stubborn belly fat. You see it every day in the gym.

The most common mistakes are when people complete their class with moderate cardio, followed by isolated weight lifting, and then do a few crunches or side bends to finish their routine. After a few weeks, they become frustrated that their hard work hasn't paid off. No results.

I'm here to tell you that it doesn't have to be that hard or complicated and the results can come faster. I have spent over a decade researching things on this topic. I have applied such scientific research to thousands of my clients to not only lose belly fat but also sculpt the bodies they always wanted.

Personal research tells me that the 2 most important things to rid yourself of visceral fat are:

1. Bring blood sugar under control to restore proper insulin and metabolic operation through proper nutrition. Reducing starches and sugars and eliminating harmful, highly processed foods like high fructose corn syrup will be a key focus. Then, focus again on consuming healthy fats from sources like nuts, seeds, olive oil, organic eggs, and avocados. Increasing fiber and protein is crucial. The government recommends diets full of grains that are unnatural, as well as other aspects that do nothing to control blood pressure or fat levels. Carbohydrate sources should include more vegetables and fruits to get more fiber.

2. To boost metabolism, we use high-intensity forms of exercise and total body training. Low intensity cardio is simply not effective at removing our visceral fat. The high-intensity alternatives I recommend are much more effective at getting the job done. Your body will be able to handle glucose and insulin more efficiently - crucial steps in removing stomach fat. Full-body workouts with high-intensity interval training increase the natural hormones responsible for burning fat and building muscle.

Stop wasting time letting stomach fat shorten your life and quality of life with the diseases it inhibits.
