Wanting to have a great butt is not a crime. If you are a girl, your butt is probably very much on your mind. The best way to have a great butt is to give your butt a great workout. There is running and a lot of cardio that everyone has tried, but some people just don't get the results they want. There are many workouts that specifically focus on specific areas of the gluteal area. Today I'm going to show you how to do toe tapping.
Toe taps tend to work the lower/loose area of the butt. It's a great and easy workout. The first thing I recommend is getting a mat. It is much more comfortable than on the floor. Your body may also be less sore if you choose one.
1. The first thing you want to do is lie on the floor with your arms on your side
2. Next, you want to raise your feet to a 90 degree angle. You want your thighs to be perpendicular to the floor.
3. Now for the fun part: tap your left foot on the floor and alternate between your right and left legs.
Do this for approximately 60 seconds on each foot. If you feel pain in your lower back, don't bring your toe all the way down.
I am confident that if you practice this exercise 1-2 times a day, your butt will begin to tone up as long as you stay consistent with the workout.
