What is a burpee?

Burpees act on her entire body. They help you increase your strength, give you enormous strength and anaerobic endurance. How do you do this with all these advantages and what is a burpee?

To carry out a burpee, start in a compact position with your hands on the floor in front of you. Next, step your feet back to a push -up position. Put your feet back into a crouch, jump out of your crouch as high as possible and repeat the process. You should move as soon as possible and keep a quick pace for this exercise. Try to jump as high as possible with each sentence to achieve the greatest possible benefit. Many professional athletes make between 12 and 15 repetitions for 30 seconds. I would recommend making 3 to 5 sets of Burpees between 12 and 15 repetitions for a killer part of your training.

After mastering the traditional burpee, it's time to improve your game Ultimate Burpees. If you want an extremely intensive full -body exercise, do not look any further. With the ultimate burpee, your body hurts (in a good way) when you end your sets.

First set up with your hands on the sides. Credge yourself and put your hands on the floor directly outside of your feet. As you hold your hands on the floor, put your feet back and forth, so that your butt is in the air as if you would make a push -up for a diving bomber. Then you know what? You will do this push -up for diving bombers! Then push your feet forward so that you are crouching again. As you keep your feet on the floor, you push your body forward so that you end up in the top position of a standard lounger. Press up and push your body back so you crouch again. Then get up. Congratulations, you made a repetition! Repeat now. When you are finished with 2 sets of the ultimate burpees, your body will feel the intensity!
