How to increase my height with exercise
Don't just sit in sadness if you're not happy with your size. Exercise instead! Trust me, I was able to increase my height through exercise.
At first glance, it may sound incredible that some exercises can increase your height. But it will. It has already increased the height of many people. There is no reason why training won't change your height either.
Here are some exercises I did to increase my height. Try these too.
Exercise 1 – Swimming.Swim half an hour a day to increase your height. Every day your spine is compressed, making you shorter. When you swim, your vertebral discs expand and you become larger.
Exercise 2 – Upside down.Hanging upside down from a pole promotes your growth as your spinal discs expand. But don't overdo this exercise. Doing this activity for more than 5 minutes every day can cause permanent damage to your spine.
Exercise 3 – Jump Rope. Jump rope is also a wonderful exercise for increasing height. It will help you grow taller as it can lengthen and strengthen your thighs and legs. You will become more flexible if you jump rope regularly.
Exercise 4 – Ballerina exercise.Stand against a wall. Stand on your toes like a ballerina. Raise both arms above your head as high as possible. This will make your spine longer and eliminate the curvature of the spine.
Exercise 5 – Sprinting.High-speed sprinting is also an effective way to make you taller. This exercise is performed by many athletes. When you run fast, you cause tiny fractures in the leg bones. The fractures heal quickly and lengthen your bones dramatically.
Exercise 6 – Ankle weights.Sitting on the floor. Have weights tied to your ankles. Start with lighter weights, e.g. B. 2 pounds, and gradually increase the weights as you get used to this exercise. Slowly lift one leg at a time. Repeat this exercise as often as possible.
Exercise 7 – Yoga.Yoga is a popular exercise to increase height. I also use this to increase my height. Perform yoga for at least 30 minutes a day. It helps you align and strengthen your spine so that you can achieve an increase of 3 to 4 inches in height.
