Some are born with a built-in knowledge of what the body needs. Others are easily misled and led by fashion, popularity and peer pressure into things that should be avoided. There is also the body's willingness or otherwise to participate in harmful substances. In my case, my body couldn't tolerate chemicals or anything that affected the brain.

This was guided by my strong desire for knowledge and made my intelligence number one.

The findings show that what we do when we are young has an impact on aging and what diseases and disabilities we will encounter as the years go by. Good personal hygiene is about avoiding anything toxic, and that includes dangerous rides at carnivals.

The latest fad is to ride vehicles that cause a fall and a sudden stop, like some crazy roller coaster adventures at the fairgrounds. When I watched one of these recently, I found it hard to believe that people would endanger not only their own bodies, but those of their children, in order to have fun. The human brain is soft and very easily damaged.

The body warns of impending danger through the adrenaline glands and the feeling that many become addicted to. When adrenaline flows, it increases the heart rate and gives us a flying or fighting experience. In other words, it prepares to recover from damage.

When the body suddenly comes to a stop, the skull and brain collide. This causes some degree of bruising and can even result in death or paralysis. However, this does not have to happen immediately, as with a delayed response, the effects of a concussion can occur several hours or even a day after the event.

Headache; Nausea; Dizziness; memory problems; Irritability; as well as balance and sleep disorders can follow. Look at these symptoms and compare them to those of Alzheimer's or dementia patients. In the latter, there are major changes in brain functions, including memory loss. Although there is no proven correlation to support linking the two, that does not mean it is not correct.

Medications also affect the brain, and regular use of pills can also lead to the onset of Alzheimer's or dementia. While there are no studies to prove this is the case, it's still a matter of common sense.

When looking for a fitness program, start with the brain and all other things will surely follow. It has the ability to tell us when we are wrong. Drugs, on the other hand, disrupt this side of nature. We educate the brain by what we do to our bodies. If we stuff ourselves with things like sweets and alcohol and say the weird rush of adrenaline is okay, changes in this vital organ will force us to take more of them.
