The perfect body – the truth
The truth is that if you want the perfect body, you have to change aspects of your life. The truth is that there are three key points to getting the perfect body:
1. Your diet
2. Your exercise
3. Your mindset
If you can master all 3, those dreams of the perfect body will become a reality. I noticed something interesting at the gym the other day….
Interestingly, I noticed that the cardio area was full and not a single treadmill was in use. On the other hand, the free weight area was practically empty except for a few people.
What I also noticed was that the people working out in the free weight area were in great shape, while at the same time I didn't see one person in good shape at the cardio machines.
There's a reason the free weight trainers were in better shape than the cardio addicts...
High-intensity free weight and bodyweight resistance training is effective for fat loss and long-lasting body composition changes, while long-duration cardio training is not.
When you focus on resistance training (in the right style) and move away from boring cardio workouts, you'll finally see the results you're looking for: the perfect body.
However, it's important to note that you won't get the best possible results if you do your resistance training exclusively on machines. Additionally, if you focus most of your training on single-joint exercises like arm curls, triceps presses, leg curls, etc., you won't get the best results.
Finally, if strength training is a thought that comes after your cardio workouts, then once again you won't get the results you could and the perfect body you want will be further away than you think.
