Kettlebell swings are one of the basic exercises you can perform with this strength training device. The double arm kettlebell swing is an intense strength training exercise that works hundreds of your muscles at once to perform a single movement. This exercise is performed by requiring you to perform a technique in kettlebell training called a hip snap. The hip button is a movement that requires you to constantly bend and extend at your hips and knees to create the necessary momentum to swing the bell. This lift just involves you swinging the bell between your legs to chest or eye level. This constant back and forth motion increases your perceived exertion faster than sprinting a few hundred yards!
