I'm a long-time advocate of taking my daily steps; seven days a week, I lace up my sneakers or boots and hit the sidewalk. But I also really, really don't like the cold. When the temperatures dip below freezing, all I want to do is curl up on the couch with a blanket and a good book. Measuring 56 x 24 x 45.5 inches, the machine fits comfortably in the corner of my home office without taking up so much space that I can't easily move around it.
