For others, it seems like just another task to think about training to achieve completely healthy fitness. Life tasks are prioritized so that the self comes last when fitness is lost at sea because it is believed to be simply unattainable given time constraints. However, if the average American needs 30 minutes of his daily 4 ½ hours per day in front of the television to exercise, then in reality achieving fitness fitness health is clearly not limited by all other tasks of daily life.
When it comes to the benefits of fitness, the fact that it is just as important to your entire life as food and water becomes very clear. Based on the American Presidential Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, moderate daily physical activity can significantly reduce the risk of developing or dying from cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers such as colon cancer. Daily physical activity helps lower blood pressure and cholesterol, prevent or delay osteoporosis, and reduce obesity, symptoms of anxiety and depression, and symptoms of arthritis.
In addition, heart disease is the leading cause of death among men and women in the United States. Physically inactive people are twice as likely to develop coronary heart disease as regularly active people.
Although most people already know about the extensive health benefits of obesity with regular exercise, obesity continues to rise in the United States and 70% of Americans continue to live without regular physical activity.
The President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sport further reports that the biggest barriers for most people when attempting to increase physical activity are time, access to convenient facilities, and safe environments in which to be active.
Is that real? Not quite! The problem of time limitation is clearly not real when sitting in front of a TV for 4 and a half hours a day. Everyone can eliminate 30 minutes from their TV schedule to address the need for physical activity every other day. Access to safe and comfortable facilities represents another “excuse” that does not correspond to reality, since maintaining the healthy need for regular physical activity does not have to be done in an external facility of any kind and can easily be done at home.
There are many new and different exercise routines available on DVD released almost every week that anyone can use to take care of their regular exercise needs at home. But you don't even need that to take care of your regular exercise. Basic calisthenics are enough to get your muscles burning and your heart pumping. You are just as capable of maintaining healthy fitness at home without having to buy anything.

People who exercise regularly at least every other day enjoy life in a way that is very different from the experience of those who do not exercise. From the ability to feel emotionally and physiologically balanced to a healthier, extended life free of serious medical problems and ailments, regular exercise is not only the right thing to do, but an important and very real health factor.
Stop living in a fantasy that excludes achieving a healthy body. Everyone has the time and ability to achieve this. It's just a matter of doing it and moving on. When you do this, you will achieve a 100% perfectly healthy body and a healthier mind that is GUARANTEED! This is a viable reality!
