It's always a special moment in bodybuilding when an Olympic champion takes part in an interview or podcast. In 2008, Mr. Olympia Dexter "The Blade" Jackson was a guest on a recent episode of The Menace Podcast with host Dennis James, Chris Cormier and Milos Sarcev. The conversation went in different directions, with each of the bodybuilding legends sharing stories from their time competing as well as the events of recent events. Jackson told a story from the early part of his career in which Cormier tried to explain himself.

Speaking about a show that featured Jackson and Cormier, the five-time Arnold Classic winner said, "I caught your girl backstage painting your abs." She painted their abs.”

After James and Sarcev began reacting to Jackson's words, Cormier quickly tried to defend himself.

“Those were highlights, dog,” the former Iron Man Pro Invitational winner said four times. "They were highlights! That's what I learned back then."

"I gave your abs so much praise," James replied after hearing what Jackson said. Even as Cormier tried to explain what he was doing, Jackson made the accusation more explicit.

"I'm painting their abs, bro. I saw it with my own damn eyes."

Other highlights of this entertaining episode include Sarcev's claim that he can add 30 pounds of quality muscle to anyone, his belief in the use of insulin in competitors, Jackson's thoughts on special moments in his career, and his experience with stem cell injections, which he says helped him feel a lot better than he felt when he left the stage at the 2020 Mr. Olympia competition, and then some more.
