Or maybe they thrive in creating a squat more than a classmate or Pilates to keep the plank longer than any other. Whatever your urge to compete is, now you can see how to do it compared to the rest of the nation when it comes to training.

The watch dealer Timex asked more than 1,000 people about their fitness habits. They found that at least 73 percent of the Americans specify to train one or more times a week. 29 percent spend between 30 minutes and an hour with training, while 18 percent of play between one and two hours a day. However, 27 percent admitted that they did not exercise regularly, and 144 respondents stated that they never train.

While some Americans exercise during lunch and some exercise in the morning, most exercise in the afternoon or evening, with 48 percent saying they exercise sometime after 9 a.m

And Americans love their running (and why not? Check out 30 Things We Love About Running!), with weightlifting and hiking coming in second and third as the most popular sports.

As soon as you are done with the training, it's time to shower, of course. 43 percent of the respondents spend 10 to 15 minutes under the shower, while 25 percent 20 to 30 minutes spend it, and 10 percent spend more than half an hour (and in these 10 percent we cannot avoid asking ourselves: more than thirty minutes?
