Gabrielle Union shared a motivational message while working out in a cute bodysuit

Gabrielle Union is back in the gym. The actress often posts clips of her impressive workouts on Instagram and recently shared a video of herself working out along with a motivational message to get moving. The video begins with Union running on the treadmill. ICYDK, whether you run indoors on a treadmill or outside on the trails, the exercise offers major benefits including promoting cardiovascular health, strengthening joints, and boosting mood.

Finally, Union stands in front of a mirror, clearly tired and sweaty from her workout. "Just work, y'all. Just work," she says as she shows off her outfit: a cropped gray workout romper with a crisscross back design. "Just work y'all - get involved! 💦," she added in the caption of her post.
