While we've seen several good-looking celebs like Chris Evans do the 22 Push Up Challenge, football god David Beckham takes it to bizarre extremes. On the first day, David completed his daily assignment in the aisle of an airplane, attempting to raise awareness above 30,000 feet in the air. On the second day, however, he got a little more creative. He pumped out his 22 push-ups wearing nothing but his underwear, alongside some wine, on a piano while his friend David Gardner played a beautiful rendition of Ave Maria (hey, we're not complaining). I'm not sure anyone else can top this...

On the second day, however, he got a little more creative. So far, David has nominated actor Justin Theroux to take part, along with his son Brooklyn, who unfortunately decided to take on the challenge fully clothed.
